, September 2024 , Stayed a few nights Our stay at the Red Maple Tree was fantastic. The house itself was recently renovated, and very nicely done all around. As a host, Christie was great: very responsive/communicative and everything about the house was very thoroughly thought out and complete. it was robustly stocked with everything we needed--not just the basics like towels, sheets and pillows, but all the little things like spices/condiments, coffee filters, padded cooler bag, a blender, even two bear spray canisters. Everything was new, clean and in perfect working order. In an industry that almost always oversells and underdelivers, Christie and the Red Maple Tree were a great surprise in the opposite.

The house was just renovated and it was very nice. The master bedroom was downstairs and so was the only tv. Thats not a big deal just something to keep in mind depending on the number of people and besides, we as travelers really arent in Columbia Falls to watch tv now are we. Christie is a super host for a reason , easy to deal with and very helpful in any way. She was quick to respond to my questions and I like having one person to help me with the whole process. If you ever have a chance to work with her, you will not be disappointed , thanks for everything , Randy from Texas

I loved the house and its surroundings. The river was magical with its beautifully colored and shaped rocks. The house was well stocked with full kitchen, nice fluffy towels and laundry room.

Heart Rock is a great place to stay in West Glacier. It's super close to the entrance of the park but quiet and private with a fantastic view of the river. We are happy we splurged because we enjoyed our down time in the cozy cabin- when not hiking we could relax at the house- fishing, using the fireplace, looking for heart shaped rocks and stargazing at night. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights by the river! Beds are comfortable, there are plenty of places to eat nearby and the house has everything you need for your stay (including bear spray and a bunch of helpful hiking maps and guide books about the area). It was a wonderful place to explore the west side of Glacier and a convenient distance from the airport. Would love to return.

Prime location right next to Glacier National Park with your own private river access. The beds were comfortable, and my family loved our stay. Christie was quick to answer all my questions.

Location! This is a cozy place right on the river, and only minutes to West Glacier Park entrance. The kids really enjoyed the river front access, and playing in the rocks. We also enjoyed having a fire in the pit right beside the river a couple nights. The house has everything you need and is very comfy. We appreciated the old charm. And you can't beat the proximity to the park. Great stay!

Loved, loved, loved this cabin! Beautiful views. Peaceful, private location. Very convenient for exploring all of the west side of Glacier National Park. Restaurants and shops were close by (within a few miles). We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

If you can find available dates you MUST stay here. The place is even better than pictured. Location & access is unbeatable. It is so peaceful but also close enough to town. We loved watching the morning sunrise and rewinding in the evening by the lake. We hope to be back one day!

The view, the privacy, the amazing convenience. This place was picturesque and felt like glamping with a million dollar view. So easy to access everything from here. Eagles fish from the tree tops right above the cabin. Cannot recommend enough. Hope to come back

Exceptional getaway The charm, history and location of the Adobe house is amazing. While it was just a short distance from the park entrance, somedays we were just tempted to stay and enjoy the magic of this beautiful home. It was a welcome retreat that provided a much needed respite.

Everything was fantastic, loved everything about it. The house reminded me of the cottage in the movie The Holiday (the one Cameron Diaz rents in England). So charming, vintage, simple, and perfect. The location is beyond amazing. The only thing closer is if you literally stayed inside the park. I would book this place over and over again

Absolutely magical! We booked our entire trip based on the availability of Christies place and it went above and beyond our expectations. Very clean, cozy, great location with easy access to West Glacier entrance. We could not stop talking about the history and character of the Adobe. A true dream home and so lucky to be able to stay here. We would stay again!

We absolutely loved the cabin, the comfortable furniture, the incredible amenities,, high ceiling, large windows, fire pit, porch, location, horses (and the very sweet dog who came to visit us) , and the responsive of the property manager. Everything was perfect. We only wish we could have stayed even longer!

Christie was great. She was extremely helpful when I was having trouble reserving the condo and she always quick in responding to my questions.

Elk Crossing was just what we were looking for. Four adults comfortably could visit/eat/sleep/rest here. Kitchen was stocked with nec. for cooking. View was lovely out every window. Bear spray, maps and flashlight were available.

If you are going to Glacier this is the place to stay. Only a couple of miles to the Park entrance. Beautiful wooded surroundings, deer included. Very private and peaceful. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The loft is a great place to sleep.

This charming cabin met all our needs when traveling to Glacier. We bought our groceries for lunches in the park and had good kitchen facilities for food preparations. The location was private and very comfortable with windows open.

Property listing was very accurate. If youre looking for close location to GNP west entrance this is it. The beds were super comfortable and the other amenities made our stay enjoyable.

We loved our short stay at the River View Cabin! Everything was perfect for our stay and we enjoyed the riverside view the most! We will be back!
